Cozy holiday apartments in Albes, Bressanone – good to know

• Five spacious holiday apartments with wooden floors and built-in wooden furniture, underfloor heating and a south-facing balcony.
• High-quality mattresses, natural bed linen and electro-smog reducing mains switches in all apartments ensure a restful sleep.
• We provide you with bed linen and towels free of charge.
• As our guests you can use the “BrixenCard” which provides you with free travel on public transport and free entry to over 80 museums throughout South Tyrol for the entire duration of your stay. There are also numerous other benefits, such as a daily trip up and down the Plose or free entry to the Acquarena water world in Bressanone.
• We provide our guests with bicycles free of charge (subject to availability and only between April and October). You can also safely park your own bike with us.
• A free parking space directly at the house is automatically reserved for you when you book.
• You can use our fast WiFi for free.
• Loungers are available for you on the balconies.
• Smoking is not permitted in our holiday apartments. We ask for your understanding.

• The holiday apartments are available from 2 pm on the day of arrival. Please contact us if you would like to arrive earlier. Can’t arrive by 8 pm? If that is the case, please let us know so we can arrange a later arrival.
• We ask you to vacate your holiday apartment by 10 am on the day of departure. A later departure is possible by arrangement and as required.
• Smaller pets are welcome upon request and depending on the season. If you come with a dog, we charge €10.00 per day without food.

• The prices are per holiday apartment and day for a stay of three nights or more.
• For a shorter stay we charge an additional charge of €20.00 per apartment and day.
• Children up to 6 years of age can holiday for free at Mittermoar. From 6 years up to 12 years we charge 50% of the apartment price.
• The price includes all towels and bed linen, final cleaning, heating, free parking, WiFi and all fees and taxes, except local tax.
• A local tax of €1.55 per person per night is charged for all persons aged 14 and over. This tax is not included in the stated price and can only be paid on site.
• All information and in particular prices are without guarantee. Errors and omissions excepted. The prices lose their validity when new prices are published.
• Single occupancy of the holiday apartments is possible. Please contact us for this.

• To book your desired holiday apartment, we ask you to send us a written confirmation. For the definite reservation we ask you for a deposit (booking guarantee) in the amount of three holiday days, if communicated in writing. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Every booking will be confirmed by us in writing. Enquiries do not constitute a firm booking.
• You can pay in cash or by bank transfer. Unfortunately, payment by credit card or debit card is not possible.

Cancellation conditions according to Article 1382 Italian Civil Code (ZGB)

If something comes up and you are no longer able to travel, we ask you to inform us in good time. It would be a shame if our holiday apartment remained empty even though others would have liked to come.
Please note our cancellation conditions:

• There is no right of withdrawal within the meaning of the Italian consumer protection code. However, we can grant a right of withdrawal at the following cancellation conditions, pursuant to art. 1382 of the Italian CivilCode:
• The reservation can be cancelled up to 90 days before the day of arrival at the latest without paying a cancellation fee. Only the deposit will be retained.
  If the guest cancels between the 89th day before the agreed arrival date and the arrival day itself, the guest is obliged to pay the following cancellation fees:
• Cancellations up to 30 days before the arrival date: 50% of the total cost of the booking.
• Cancellations less than 30 days before the arrival date: 100% of the total cost of the booking.
• If the guest does not show up (“no show”) or if the guest departs early, the full amount for the entire booking period is due.
  We ask for your understanding.

As a special service, we offer you the „Roter Hahn-Stornoschutz“ travel insurance.
